Learn how to become a trained weather spotter! Join meteorologists from the National Weather Service for an engaging and educational presentation on severe weather recognition, safety, and reporting. Topics include Thunderstorms 101- how thunderstorms develop and work, weather spotter tools and thunderstorm safety, and other warm season hazards. This program is free and open to the public and will be held in room CTC 124 & 125 at Illinois Valley Community College beginning at 6:00 pm on March 10th.
