A man’s body was found inside a vehicle that went into the Illinois River in Allen Park last night. Ottawa’s fire department called in dive teams and sonar equipment through the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System just after midnight. The searchers found the car quickly and a towing company took it out of the water. Police are investigating what happened.
