Prairie Fox Books in Ottawa will host the first ever Children’s Business Fair. Dylan Conmy with Prairie Fox Books said on WCMY’s Morning Meeting that the event will give kids in grades one to twelve the chance to set up their own business and sell merchandise.
It will be on Saturday, August 13th from 11 am to 3 pm in Washington Park in Ottawa. Conmy says participants can sign up by July 15th. The original sign-up date was on July 1st, but Conmy said he wanted to extend it. You can find a link here to learn more about what a Children’s Business Fair looks like and to sign up.
He also says that parents aren’t really suppose to help.
