The woman who died in a traffic crash west of Streator Friday morning was a 23-year old from Streator. LaSalle County Coroner Rich Ploch says Monica Villalobos was a front seat passenger in a car that was hit by a semi-truck. That car’s driver was flown to St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. The crash happened at E. 14th Rd. and Illinois 18.
