LaSalle County’s number of current coronavirus cases that are known dropped to 1,384 this week. It’s the third week in a row for the figure to drop. Recoveries numbered 256 and new cases 207.
The county health department reported three more fatal cases. Two women in their 70’s and 90’s and a man in his 90’s died. The fatal cases are now up to 477 out of 31,145 cases in all since the pandemic started.
LaSalle County is now at the green community level, indicating relatively low spread.
