I-80 westbound very slow from Ottawa to I-39

Traffic is moving ten to 15 miles per hour this afternoon most of the way from Ottawa to Interstate 39 on Interstate 80. That may be from a traffic crash that happened about noon. Drivers should use other routes such as U.S. 6.
