An man was arrested in the 4000 block of Veterans Drive in Ottawa Monday morning on a warrant from the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team. Police say 25-year old Peter G. Tomaras of Ottawa allegedly delivered LSD to Trident agents. Tomaras was taken to the LaSalle County Jail with a bond of $750,000. The Ottawa police department helped assist in the arrest.
