Area mail carriers and other volunteers will participate in Stamp Out Hunger Saturday. Residents can leave food that won’t spoil next to their mailbox and it will be picked up and taken to local food pantries.
If food is put into a container, make sure the container doesn’t break. Anyone still interested in volunteering can call their local post office. People can also drop off food directly at their local post office in labeled bins.
