This Sunday, Kites in Flight returns to Heritage Harbor in Ottawa. The event is this Sunday from 10am to 3pm at Heritage Harbor. She says the only weather that would prevent the event from happening would be lightning.
She also says parking will be different after a lesson learned last year. She says last year the parking filled up within the first hour. So this year, visitors will park throughout Heritage Harbor and will be taken by bus or golf cart to the main area.
She says she hopes more than 6,000 people will show up for the event this year. This is the second year in row the event has happened.
