The Ottawa Chamber’s commercial property open house may have led to a building sale and two building leases. Chamber director Jeff Hettrick says that’s what the preliminary results are after the event Saturday. There was a presentation about the city’s tax increment financing zones, enterprise zones, façade grants, and other development incentives. Afterward, the 27 prospective investors went on self-guided tours of the places they were interested in. The Chamber showed 13 buildings.
