Cong. Kinzinger hopes former VP Pence testifies to Jan. 6 committee

Cong. Adam Kinzinger says former Vice President Mike Pence did the right thing last year. Pence didn’t bow to pressure from Pres. Trump to disregard the electoral votes being counted on the day some Trump supporters in DC for a rally started rioting. On the CBS show Face the Nation, Kinzinger says he’d love for Pence to voluntarily testify before the committee investigating the riot. Kinzinger is one of two Republicans on the committee. That committee will hold eight public hearings this summer.
