During the second day of Donald Fredres’ murder trial; four people discussed evidence found while picture that they took were shown. Crime Scene Investigator Daniel Erickson says he found evidence in a dark-colored Cadillac that Fredres seems to have driven.

Witnesses Tuesday discussed seeing that type of car during their testimony. Erickson says inside the car he found Donald Fredres’ work ID, work schedule, and the cars registration that bared his name.

He also says he found a duffel bag with 9mm ammunition and a loaded magazine. Crime Scene Investigator Erik Fricke, who took photos at Gregory and Brenda Barnes home, found 9mm shell casings and a bullet in the back of a television.

He also took pictures after a Smith and Wesson hand gun and another magazine was found in a cornfield. Testimony will continue Thursday morning after more witnesses are called this afternoon.
