Seneca High School’s curriculum won’t include the national sex education standards whose critics says young kids would be exposed to too much information. Supt. Dan Stecken told the school board last night, the school district’s attorney says participation is optional.
Having followed the issue for a few months, Jeff Wynn of Morris says the board made the right decision last night.
Wynn believes most children who say they’re gay or trans really aren’t, and psychology practices lately won’t help them figure it out. Supporters of the national sex education standards say children who are gay or trans need support and everyone else needs to know better than to mistreat them.
