The LaSalle County Electoral Board is meeting next Monday at ten and eleven am to address four objections to petitions. Matt Slager of Streator, Martin Rue Jr. of Peru and Kevin Steder of Marseilles each filed objections to petitions in the LaSalle County primary elections.
Slager is objecting to petitions filed by Jerry Myers in the 28th District. Rue Jr. is objecting to petitions filed by Joseph Witzak and Rick O’Sadnick in the 11th District.
And Steder is objecting to petitions filed by Republican Stephanie Simpko who is seeking reelection to the Rutland 3rd precinct committee.
