An Ottawa man could spend up to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated identity theft. 46-year old Timothy Rodrick was arrested April last year after he was accused of stealing a woman’s identity.
He had also apparently opened several credit cards in that person’s name. Judge Cynthia Raccuglia set a sentencing date for June 2nd.
