A nurse at OSF Healthcare in Ottawa received an award for extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care. The DAISY Award was given to Shannon Sibert, a nurse in the obstetrics unit and Mission Partner for over fifteen years.
VP Heather Bomstad says the healthcare company appreciates the compassionate care that RN’s perform every day and the DAISY award is one way to recognize them. The award program can be found in over 2,000 healthcare facilities in all fifty states and fourteen other countries.
