Twenty years is a notable milestone in emergency services telecommunications. Ottawa Central Dispatch says Grant Stock has passed that mark and should have many more years there. The announcement says he has provided the most excellent service. Stock is the LEADS Agency Coordinator, putting him in charge of making sure the police and other telecommunicators know how to use a database of info police use.
