The LaSalle County Health Department is changing the days residents can get a COVID-19 test. The department says starting next Monday; appointments for testing will only be available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from nine until noon.
The health department is still only scheduling appointments online. If a resident wants a test, personal information like name, date of birth, and street address will be needed.
Anyone who wants a COVID test can click here to get schedule a test. There will be three tests including Rapid Antigen tests for symptomatic individuals. A PCR test which will require an email so you can receive results. An a Rapid Molecular test which will cost $41 and must be paid ahead of the scheduled appointment, but they take only 15-20 minutes for results.
