Ottawa City Hall is ironing out more details for a long awaited north side street project. Mayor Dan Aussem says the city and the Illinois Department of Transportation will widen Stevenson Rd. The City Council approved an agreement with IDOT last week.
The road will also get curbs and storm drains. The work will be paid for mostly by the state.
