For a fifth straight year, Illinois Valley Community College is freezing its tuition for students. Students at the college will still pay about $133 per credit hour.
But the college says there are some fee adjustments to 114 courses. Fees will increase for 59 courses. But 48 will have fees removed. The college did not list which courses will have fees increases or decreases.
