The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics team arrested two LaSalle County men after a month long investigation of illegal cocaine sales in Peru. The team arrested 42-year old Hector Ramirez-Flores of Peru has his home in the 2500 block of 7th St.
Agents then allegedly found another two grams at his home. 36-year old Jose F. Rodriguez of LaSalle was also arrested in connection with the crime. Both men were charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
The men allegedly sold cocaine to narcotics agents. They were taken to the LaSalle County Jail and both have a bond of one million dollars.
