LaSalle County IT Director John Haag says the department wants to revamp the county board room in the Etna Rd. governmental complex. The project could include improving the TV’s and giving board members tablets or laptops.
Haag says there are different companies that can enhance the board room. He says different companies can come in and figure out what they could do with the board room, and then tell board.
Other ideas would be to update the sound system so the board members could talk into a microphone without any extra background noise. Haag says the project should be covered from money the county received through the American Rescue Plan.
