Kenneth Brown, 88, of Ottawa, IL, passed away Friday January 7, 2022 at LaSalle Co. Nursing Home.
Prayer services will be at 4:00 pm Wednesday, January 12 at Ottawa Funeral Home, with Fr Gary Caster officiating. with Military Services. Visitation will be 2-4 on Wednesday at Ottawa Funeral Home. The burial will be in Ottawa Avenue Cemetery, Burial will be at a later date.
Kenneth was born July 12, 1933, in Harding, IL, to Charles Brown and Jennie (Claypool) Brown. He married Anna Mae Clapper on December 3, 1955, at St. John’s, in Somonauk.
Ken served in the US Navy 1951-1955 in Pensacola Fl as a fire fighter.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Brown, a daughter, Theresa (Joel) Rogers, three son, Joseph (Cindy) Brown, Mike Brown, Doug (Diana) Brown, seven grandchildren, and four Great-grandchildren
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents 10 brothers and sisters.
