Any COVID-19 test appointments through the LaSalle County Health Department will have to be done online. The health department says it will alleviate the wait time individuals experienced when needing to schedule an appointment on the phone.
The type of test a person wants will have to be selected from a drop-down menu after personal information is entered. A rapid antigen test and PCR test are free; but the rapid molecular test costs $41 dollars.
If you are scheduling an appointment, information including name, DOB, gender, address, phone number and email. The website will also ask if you have any symptoms and then you can pick a time and sign your signature electronically.
