Ottawa City Hall got a $2,000 gift from the Ottawa Lions Club. Club President Russell Edmon and Treasurer Bryan Baldwin presented the check at last night’s City Council meeting. They said it’s thanks for letting the club have its annual carnival. It’s now the only summer carnival in Ottawa. The city is no longer having one at Riverfest.
