A traffic stop in Ottawa Friday night led to drug dealing charges against an Atlanta, Georgia man. Police Capt. Mike Cheatham says a patrol officer stopped 30-year Brian D. Mathis in the 100 block of E. Norris Dr. Mathis ended up charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Cheatham says Mathis had 192 ecstasy pills and eight grams of cocaine in his car. Bond for Mathis was set at $1 million.
