A Peru man who pleaded guilty to pushing his elderly neighbor over a guard rail back in October wants withdrawn his plea. 45-year old Michael E. Stuart will be back in court in January to make his case.
Judge Cynthia Raccuglia had dismissed two charge of aggravated battery of a person sixty years or older. But the prosecution has the option to bring those charges back.
Stuart was allegedly caught on video back in 2019.
