Three new companies have placed bids to paint the outside of the downtown LaSalle County Courthouse. Tiles and Styles, whose bid was originally accepted, decided to withdraw.
Oosterbaan and Sons bid the lowest at $136,000. Baum Painting bid around $190,000. But the most expensive was Capital Painting and Decorating with a little less than $247,000.
The County Board Property Committee will make a recommendation to the full board at the December meeting.
