A Sandwich woman is one of four Illinoisans recently recognized as older people who’ve made differences in their communities. Seventy-eight year old Cynthia Worsley is a 2021 Senior Illinoisan Hall of Fame inductee. She’s the executive director of Fox Valley Community Services. During the pandemic, she and her staff have worked to keep older adults engaged. And she worked to distribute more than 1,500 pieces of personal protective equipment to older adults and other community members.
