A Morris man who wanted his case moved out of LaSalle County has changed his mind.
29-year old Jacob Farmer withdrew his request to take his case out of county Tuesday.
He and his sister Angel are accused of obstructing of a peace officer when they tried to get into the Etna Rd. courthouse back in March.
Farmer also tried earlier this month to change judges but failed to show proof of bias.
Judge H. Chris Ryan set the date for Farmer’s trial for January 3rd.
