A Peru man that was caught on video pushing an 84-year old man over a guard rail has been found guilty.
Forty-five year old Michael E. Stuart pleaded guilty in court Thursday to aggravated battery.
Judge Cynthia Raccuglia dropped two other charges of aggravated battery on a person sixty years or older because of the plea deal.
Stuart will be sentenced in February of 2022.
