Business owners who want to apply for the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity’s “Back 2 Business” grant have until tomorrow night (Wednesday, October 12). Ottawa Economic Development Director Dave Noble says the state has $250 million to distribute to businesses that lost money during the pandemic.
Noble thinks businesses in Marseilles should have a better chance than those in other places nearby. The state considers Marseilles to have been harder hit than most communities.
