The trial of 28-year old Bradley French will be moved once again.
In court Friday French’s attorney said that there was an issue regarding the case and wanted the upcoming trial date to be dropped.
The defense says that the lead investigator is currently out on emergency leave.
Judge H. Chris Ryan struck the trial dates and set up a status date for October 1st.
French is accused of shooting and killing 38-year old Joshua Scaman with a razor tipped arrow back in 2015.
