A third dead crow from LaSalle County has tested positive for West Nile Virus. It was the second one from Streator. The county health department says the bird was found in Streator yesterday and tested positive for the virus this morning. Since two weeks ago, the department also reported a mosquito batch that tested positive for it. There have been no human cases this year yet, but they’re likely to come soon.
