Congressman Adam Kinzinger says that two attacks in Afghanistan that left at least 60 people injured and killed 12 US Troops was predictable.

Kinzinger said on MSNBC the next step for the U.S is to make a decision on how to respond.

He says the decision the U.S makes will determine the future of terrorism not only in the region, but in the world.

Kinzinger says that because of the attack the endless war has been fired up again.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks.

President Biden said Thursday the U.S will not forgive and will make whoever did this pay.
