A woman accused of obstructing a peace officer isn’t going to have her case dismissed yet.
30-year old Angel Farmer wasn’t in court Thursday but will be back in September.
The request to dismiss the case wasn’t heard in court.
Her brother Jacob Farmer, who is also accused of interfering with security at the Etna Rd. courthouse, will also be back in September.
