A man accused of several smash-and-grab robberies will receive mental health treatment.
56-year old Craig Hynes of Mendota was accused of stealing sport memorabilia and clothing from businesses back in 2019.
Judge Cynthia Raccuglia says the burglary counts will be dismissed while Hynes is in treatment.
Hynes was found unfit for trial in 2020.
