The name of the man who died in the multiple vehicle crash south of Mendota has been released.
Lasalle County Coroner Rich Ploch says 66-year old Richard E. Hafley of Mendota died in the accident.
Ploch says an autopsy was done yesterday but didn’t say the cause of death.
He also says that the incident is still under investigation.
