Speaking in Crystal Lake, Illinois Wednesday, Pres. Biden said middle and lower class families need a break on child care costs. He’s promoting a plan for pre-kindergarten and child care for all young children.
Biden says the federal government should also fund two years of community college for every student. At McHenry County College, he listed some tax breaks he would get rid of to pay for these things.
