Norman Sedlock, a LaSalle County Board member from Streator since 2014, died last Wednesday. He was 61. Sedlock was a corrections officer at Sheridan Correctional Center before he retired. He was involved with Praise Center Church in Ottawa where his visitation will be from 9am to 11am Monday. A funeral service will follow at 11am.
