WCMY AM 1430 can be heard on FM 93.5 now. Parent company NRG Media has made the investment that many AM broadcasters around the world are in FM simulcasting.
Radio listeners’ preferences continue moving to FM. In some countries, AM radio is going off the air altogether and it could be in the future in the U.S.
AM 1430 will stay on. And our other FM signal, 95.3 Jack FM, will stay on with it format.
