Several agencies were involved in an investigation that led to a 41-year old Streator man’s arrest this week. Ryan P. Cook is charged with having child pornography and sharing it among multiple electronic devices. His bond is set at $500,000.
State Police announced his arrest yesterday. The U.S. Secret Service, the Illinois Attorney General’s High Tech Crimes Bureau, and the Peoria County Sheriff’s Department were involved in the case. Cook will be in court again with his lawyer on July 8.
