A woman who tried to enter the Etna Road Courthouse back in March but wasn’t allowed because she didn’t follow the security protocol at the time wants the case against her dropped.
29-year old Angel Farmer of Peru was arrested for obstructing a peace officer and battery.
In the past she has also posted videos on her Youtube channel Accountability Angel, where security tells her she can’t make videos in the courthouse.
Farmer has also claimed that she couldn’t show her evidence because she can’t bring her cell phone inside.
Prosecutor’s today say that both the state and Farmer were able to share evidence as required.
She’ll be back in court in July with her brother 28-year old Jacob Farmer who has also been accused of obstructing a peace officer.
