A judge could set bond today for a 22-year old Mendota man who allegedly made sexually explicit videos or images. The charges against him say Matthew R. Spayer did it without the permission of someone in the videos. Mendota police arrested him yesterday morning. Spayer was booked into the county jail yesterday afternoon.
