COVID-19 cases in LaSalle County have slowed down so much, the fatal cases are coming about a week apart. The county’s health department reported on Friday the death of a woman in her 80’s. Hers is case number 309. The 308th case happened in the middle of last week. There were still 523 known active cases in the county as of Friday.
