United Way of Eastern LaSalle County Labor of Love applications are available again. The Ottawa-based chapter is giving them out through area banks. Applicants must return them by August 9th.
House captains will visit the homes to be repaired in time for volunteers to do the work on October 2nd. To be eligible, a home owner must meet low income requirements or must have a family member deployed on active military duty.
