Police arrested two people not long after an alleged attack on a boy and a girl in downtown Ottawa two weeks ago. Ottawa Detective Corporal Kevin Reynolds says he’d like tips to find a third person still out there—18-year old Fernando Martinez.
Martinez, 20-year old Kyle Prince, and 19-year old Damien Kwit, all from Ottawa, are charged with mob action and aggravated battery. Anyone who can help police catch Martinez can call 815-433-2131 with the info.
