Donna Kunkel, of Rochelle, passed away on December 12, 2025.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026 at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa. Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:00, at the funeral home.
Donna was born on February 16, 1940 in LaSalle Township to John and Rose (Sekjak) Trebusek. She married Peter Kunkel on October 20, 1962 in LaSalle. Donna enjoyed gardening and loved to travel. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by three children, Rhonda (Donald) Kott of Florida, Brent (Monica) Kunkel of Indiana, and Kara (Michael) Krahn of Wisconsin; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a bother, Frank Trebusak, and two sisters, Angie Forristall Mallonee and Dorothy Tonarelli.
