Hannah Rose “Rosie” Jago

Hannah Rose Jago, 22, of Marseilles, passed away on May 23, 2026 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Ottawa with Rev. Randy Mortenson, officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa and an hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.
Hannah was born on March 20, 2004 in DeKalb, IL to David Jago and Patricia Sheehan. She was a graduate of Ottawa Township High School class of 2022. She enjoyed going on trips and planning adventures. She knew a lot about fixing cars and loved Speedway races. She loved everything with all she had to give and made everyone smile. She was a kid at heart and lived life to the fullest! She loved her cats and rescued many cats in the neighborhood. She wanted to make everyone feel loved!
She is survived by her partner, Cory Carpenter; her mother, Patricia Sheehan; her father, David Jago; her step-mother Jessica Freson; Her Step Grandparents, Gina and David Smith and John Freson; her five siblings, Christopher Sheehan-Jago, Liam Jago, Claire Freson-Jago, Zoey Freson-Jago, Henry Freson-Jago; her great-great aunt, Great-Great Uncle, her great uncle, three uncles, two aunts, and many cousins, friends, and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
