Cash dairy prices were steady to higher, except for butter on Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey remained unchanged at $0.69.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0175 at $1.6150.  No sales were recorded.  Cheese barrels were up $0.0275 at $1.5925.  No sales were recorded.  Butter was down $0.05 at $1.7750.  Twenty sales were recorded, ranging from $1.77 to $1.8150.  Nonfat dry milk was up $0.01 at $1.94.  One sale was recorded at that price.
